Bloxygen Preservative
Consumption:
Treats approximately 50 to 60 standard 1 quart size tins depending on original coating or paint remaining in the container. A single 2 second spray burst is all that is required. Applied storage life is equal to that of the original product specification.
Frequency of Use:
Decant sufficient coating product into a suitably sized, clean container for each job and then apply a fresh spray of Bloxygen preservative into the original tin after every use.
Application:
polyurethane coatings, marine paint, varnish, wood paste filler, epoxy resins, catalysts, photography chemicals, furniture and metal finish products and even gun powder.
Compatibility:
Bloxygen is not designed to preserve water based finishes including latex and solvent release finishes like lacquer since they are not affected or cured by exposure to oxygen.
Environmental Considerations:
Bloxygen is a non-toxic inert gas with no negative effect on our air quality. Since Bloxygen allows you to use all of the coating product you purchased there is no waste or possible hazardous material disposal problems. Even the empty Bloxygen aluminum canister is recyclable saving on landfill problems or concerns. Bloxygen is truly a "green" product.
Storage:
Bloxygen Preservative has an infinite storage life. It is packaged in a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated 18 Bar pressurized, aluminum aerosol canister. Store at normal room temperature and away from sources of direct heat. Empty containers are recyclable.
IMPORTANT:
Always start Bloxygen applications with a fresh previously unopened coating product container. Do not remove old existing skin, hardened film or filter coating from an already opened container.
Application Instruction:
IMPORTANT: Read the Bloxygen Preservative User Guide instructions fully before using.
